Live courses

• You can request a full refund before the first live class of the course.
• After the first class has taken place, refunds are reviewed case by case, and are generally not available once course recordings have been accessed.

Recorded and free courses

Free courses have no fee. For paid recorded content, refunds are generally not available once the content has been accessed.

Cancelled classes

If we cancel a course before it starts, you will receive a full refund or a transfer to the next batch, whichever you prefer.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp 01300197499 with your Order ID and bKash payment details. Approved refunds are returned to the same bKash number within 7 working days.
